I had this in his baby book I wish I kept up with this but it was easier keeping track on stuff at the hospital. But when I got him home he needed me 24/7. Constant care which I didn't mind, I was his Mother. It was really hard to see him go but with all the problems he faced. I think he went through alot in his little life. I was just blessed that I was the chosen one to be in his life. I would do it over again. I love my lil precious baby boy always and forever............
